Technical assistance, Collaboration and Support

• Providing expertise and guidance by offering specialized knowledge, and capacity building to HIV program implementers, healthcare providers, and community organizations involved in HIV prevention, treatment, and care
• Support HIV program development and evaluation including designing strategies, setting targets, and assessing program effectiveness
• Empowering PLHIV and key populations through advocacy efforts, promoting access to services, legal support, and rights-based support to address structural barriers
• Promoting collaboration, Networking, partnerships, and engagement across various stakeholders at local and national levels to coordinate efforts and share resources to strengthen comprehensive responses
• Carry out comprehensive data quality assessments, audits, and analyses to ensure compliance with national guidelines and SOPs, and provide actionable recommendations for data quality improvement

Project management and Reporting

• Develop detailed project plans that align with project goals, allocate resources, and monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators
• Proactively collaborate with the senior management team in proposal development and grant writing
• Ensuring that reports are submitted on time and accurately reflect the progress, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the project implementation.

Project Coordination, Monitoring, Communication and Reporting

• Liaison and collaborate with local government leaders, HIV Implementing
• Partners, community-based organizations, CBHS and Health facilities providers to facilitate the linkage of PLHIV to care and treatment services
• Monitoring, evaluating, and tracking all biomarker test results from the main
• Laboratory to health facilities then dispatch to participants according to THIS 2022-2023 survey protocol.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with R/CHMTs, stakeholders and IP, focus on
• strategies to improve Active linkage to care and return of results, resolve some challenges, and plan a way forward.
• Provide regular reports and updates to HF, Ministry of Health, survey stakeholders, CDC, IP, and partner organizations weekly regarding Active linkage care and return of results.

Team Organization, Monitoring and Implementation

• Team Building and Organization Delegate tasks and oversee day-to-day HIV data quality assessment at the health facility conducted by team members
• Carry out and lead a team to conduct a facility-based meeting to review HIV- submitted data and orient staff on indicators of DQA under the support of R/CHMTs
• Motivating and summoning up the team members on the activities to maximize their potential and implementing a timeline to achieve the targets, preparing a daily report
• Monitoring and evaluating Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and measures to strengthen program data quality, process, and system.

Technical Support

• Enhance client retention and reduce loss to follow-up (LTFU) through collaboration with community health volunteers and expert clients.
• Promote COVID-19 awareness and vaccination among people living with HIV (PLHIV) and the community.
• Improve referral systems from HIV testing to care and treatment centres (CTC), including TB screening and preventive therapies, while integrating nutritional and psychosocial support services.
• Review, analyze, and validate program data by conducting data cleaning, backups, and designing and programming clinical databases to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness at project sites.
