  • Designed and oversaw the transformation and rebranding of Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC) from TBC1 to Bongo Fm a strategy designed to influence, attract and increase youths fanbase and inclusive contents, the strategy led to advancement of Bongo Fm to the 3rd Most Listened Radio in The Country after Clouds Fm as the lead where i serve as the creative and strategy department.
  • Spearhead the public engagement strategy design, which increased the monthly listeners by 37% and attracted sponsors which has transformed TBC from being a dependent of government incentives to a profit making corporation in a period of 8 months.
  • Design and created the official anthem of Africa Food System Forum 2023 and contributed in the communications technical team
  • Designed and led of digital strategies and contents of Kizimkazi International Festival 2024
  • Advisory panel on recruitment of youths presenter and transformation of Bongo Fm on air radio sessions, the new recruits have increased reaches and attracted large corporate brands thus increased corporate revenues

  • Designed and leading a "365 President Samia's Pages" a 3 year project that intends to showcase development projects implemented by The Tanzania Government, the project has act as a strategic informative tool to the citizens and has countered the false narratives and misinformation about various projects ranging from healthcare, infrastructures, water, energy, minerals, tourism and natural resources, arts and sports, education and many other sectors
  • Creative "Moyo wa Mawingu" the Cloudy Heart Project, a project intended at providing support to those in need through medicare support, re uniting the missing people through free on air adverts, amplifying the initiatives by governments such as blood donations, national disaster management strategies and public engagements in countering national calamities. A project has impacted more than 29321 people directly in six months and informed more than 37,547,987 people countrywide
  • Created and spearheading the Clouds FM Jingles "Hour Tops" in three years consecutive, the award winning jingle as the Best ads Radio Tanzania 2024
  • Contributing in contents optimizations, public engagement strategies and maximized clients reach making Clouds FM as the Most Listened Radio in Tanzania in 2023, the details issued by Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA)
  • Executed targeted marketing campaigns, resulted in increased customer acquisition rates.
