- Drive and implement a convergence of payments solutions within the bank and the various banking platforms to the recruited Ecosystem.
- To link the Retail, MSMEs and Corporates to effective and affordable collection solutions and drive Liabilities and assets for the bank.

- Mobilize deposits and increase retention in line with the cashless set annual targets through distributor and their ecosystem collections.
- Proactively and continuous soliciting deposits from clients of the bank to meet bank deposits target of more than (4.2 Billion) in a year
- Managing the customers portfolio with more than 21.5 Billion of loan disbursement for one year and Turnovers of 120Billions in a year
- Ensuring customers are using equity mobile app(USSD Code) to apply for Eazzy stock financing loan repayable in 7 days and 14 days depending on nature of customers business
- Growing Non-funded income by ensuring that all fees and commissions are collected from customers from account usage through transactions.
- Driving customer engagement activities in branch by opening the accounts for the value chain(stockiest) including wholesalers and retailers who purchases stocks from the distributors and agents of the anchor companies
- Creating Ecosystem banking product awareness in the market and recruiting, training and maintaining a close business value relationship with all the clients under the branch portfolio.
- To ensure 100% compliance to bank policies and procedures in all cashless onboarding.
- Responsible in Growing and maintaining the Ecosystem portfolio as assigned, give Daily, weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly performance reports and ensure accuracy of the same.
- Create, maintain and grow a high synergy between the ecosystem team and the Agency Team in the branch for market support.
