1. During an upgrade of a core bank transaction system, mandatory client data required by the regulator wasn't captured. The bank had the data for some clients but needed to contact all clients to collect and update missing information. Once completed, a compliance report need submission to the regulator.
Objective: To ensure compliance by collecting and updating all missing client data in the system and submitting a comprehensive report to the Compliance Head within the regulator's deadline.

Successfully completed the assignment with 100% compliance. the team worked extra hours to meet the regulator's tight deadline. The project was a team achievement and the Bank celebrated the achievement in addressing the regulator's concerns with int requested timelines with accuracy.
2. A restructuring of the u it was needed, and i was appointed as the Project Lead to oversee its successful completion.
