Summary

Over nine years of dedicated service in public health, I have consistently delivered measurable results by strategically designing and implementing Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) initiatives. My most significant achievement has been directly improving Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCAH) outcomes; I spearheaded campaigns that substantially increased the rate of health facility deliveries and early Antenatal Care (ANC) enrollment before 12 weeks by strengthening the community-to-facility referral pipeline. Furthermore, I successfully revitalized community-based tracking systems for the timely identification and follow-up of at-risk pregnant women, and empowered Village Health Committees to develop and implement actionable solutions, thereby enhancing community ownership and sustainable health practices across multiple regions in Tanzania
