Job Purpose: Key Responsibilities:

The Cluster Supervisor for HVC & Strategic Accounts is responsible for supervising high-value and strategic merchants within the assigned cluster. This role ensures that all merchants are actively transacting, properly branded, fully supported, and that the cluster achieves its revenue, adoption, and strategic objectives.


Merchant Acquisition & Activation

  • Ensure every high-value and strategic business in the cluster is recruited as an M-Pesa merchant.
  • Monitor and ensure all merchants are active and transacting regularly.

Merchant Retention & Relationship Management

  • Perform retention activities to maintain engagement and loyalty among high-value merchants.

The KLSA is a branch of Tanzania Scouts Association led by the District Scout Commissioner who has an Assistant.
