- To recruit and on-board new quality merchants for M-Pesa Lipa kwa Simu service & solution
- To provide proper after sales support, training and customer service to M-Pesa merchants
- To identify and resolve client's registration queries, and enhance their experience by providing distinctive quality service.
- To register new merchants onto the network through sim-cards activations as prescribed by management.

The District Scout Commissioner is the overall person responsible for the core business of the Scout Activities in the Local Association (District level) and manages all the uniformed functions.
The Kinondoni Local Scouts Association is a voluntary organization dealing with socializing the young people into becoming dependable citizens of this country. The KLSA has about 3,500+ members both young and adults who support them. However, the adult Scouts form a negligible number no more than 200.
The KLSA is a branch of Tanzania Scouts Association led by the District Scout Commissioner who has an Assistant. The supreme organ of the Association is the District Assembly and below it we have the District Board whose work is to oversee on behalf of the Assembly, the functioning of the Executive Committee whose members are those who have expertise in Scouting activities and deals with the day to day work and the implementation of the annual action plans.

**Functions of The National Board -
To mobilize and oversee the proper management of resources for the Association
- To act on behalf of the General Assembly between its meetings, and give effect to its decisions, recommendations and policies
- To present recommendations, including proposed constitutional amendments and the Policy, Organization and Rules, to The General Assembly for approval
- To establish committees and sub-committees as required for effective functioning of the Association and for the orderly and efficient implementation of the basic principles of scouting as expressed in this Constitution.
- To ensure compliance with the requirements of membership of the World Organization of the Scout Movement through the payment of affiliation fees and the submission of annual census returns and annual reports.
- To maintain good working relationships with other recognized members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, the Government, civic authorities, religious organizations and educational bodies
- To approve the purchase/lease of real estate for use or occupation by the Association and ensure that the title is registered in the name of the Association according to legal requirements.
- To receive yearly audited accounts and annual reports from each Scout Region.

- To prepare self-assessment mechanism which shall be used to evaluate every adult volunteer
- To evaluate its members and other adult volunteers of Standing Committees/ task force annually
- To ensure smooth transition by retaining two third of its member at general election

Messengers of Peace is a flagship initiative of World Scouting which inspires Scouts around the world to take action in their communities by contributing to peace and sustainable development. Since 2010, Messengers of Peace has involved nearly all 172 National Scout Organizations, and inspired more than 16 million projects and actions totalling over 2.3 billion hours of community service contributed towards the SDGs.
Messengers of Peace is comprised of three connected elements, including a support fund, educational programme and a global network, which have made it such a success over the years. The educational programme provides guidance about how to implement project ideas. The global network enables the exchange of project ideas and inspiration to encourage more young people to take action in their communities. And the support fund offers financial and other resources to support projects implemented by Scouts and National Scout Organizations
