- In 2023 I led a Tanzania Institute of Bankers (TIOB)’s team to a successful 3rd place in the African-wide competition, with the team receiving accolades from the organizers (ICAP Training Solutions South Africa) for demonstrating high level of resilience and deliver a well-crafted and well-informed presentation to the awarding supervisory panel.
