Human Resource analysis and forecasting: Gathering and analysing employees’ salaries and allowances through benchmarking
Compiling and analysing reports related to recruitment, the functioning of human resources, and present to DCL hiring team
Advising DCL hiring team on alternative skills sourcing and workforce development with cost effective according to the company’s policies and Labour Law
