Accomplishments

  • In 2024, I Developed horticulture Crop Production guide for the EU Agri.-connect beneficiaries.
  • In 2019 I developed training guide for the Environmental Impact Assessment, Monitoring and Mitigation Plan followed by construction of 43 Chemical Mixing Areas, shared a document to farmers on fertilizer program, Fungicides and Insecticides Sheet.
  • Since 2018 to date, I have developed different planting programs for farmers who were engaged in contract farming such as farmers in contract with GIBRI farm in 2018 and 2019 for snow peas in Iringa, Contract between Zanzibar Hotel venders with colored peper producing farmers in Zanzibar, contract between Ndugu Pesa (Shanta Gold Mines food supplier) with vergitable and fruit growers in Mbeya.
  • Since 2017 to date I have worked with more than 7,000 farmers, 170 market vendors, 11 agro input companies, more than 42 agro dealers, 6 irrigation equipment's dealers, established more than 300 horticulture farming demo plots, 17 food transporters, 40 local food aggregators, constructed 18 and managed greenhouses 17 Sprinkler and 107 drip systems in Iringa, Mbeya, Songwe, Katavi, Mtwara, Tanga, Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar regions of Tanzania.
  • Since 2017 to date, I have managed to developed more than 170 business plans for farmers, which help and guide farmers on clear cost and benefits of their farming business. Crop involved being tomato, snow peas, maize, beans, sunflowers, passion, onion, sweet pepper, black peppers, colored peppers, water melons, okra, egg plants, African Egg Plants, leaf verges, avocado, Banana, Irish potatoes, Sweet potatoes and vanilla crops.
