• Prepare devices in terms of firmware upgrading and configurations, as well as to check if the devices send current data and there's no illegal alarm like rope cut off, cover open, or lock open by using TRA portal or sending command by SMS. (JT, HB, and Cellocater devices)
• Also, perform preventive and corrective maintenance for devices JT, HB, and Cellocater devices in terms of hardware like GPS/GPRS or GSM, and other cheap on PCB, and to replace chip if damaged
• One of my major responsibilities was also to go and open devices at various weigh bridges for rearrangement.

Note: The device would only be opened upon receiving an email from TRA-TMU, and not otherwise.

• I oversee the sales system by ensuring that the systems work efficiently, as well as performing corrective and preventive maintenance on all Point Of Sale (POS) devices used by sales person in the field, with assistance from the manufacturer in China.
• I was also working with a monitoring team to ensure that every device's status was known—where it was, what it was doing, why it was there, and whether devices are operational or not.

• I have been working as a technician of PCT devices, which are Cellocater devices. I also work in the control room to perform real-time monitoring of trucks using the WIALON platform, which is the main and reliable platform for PCT.
• I have also been installing Fleet Management System (FMS) devices for local vehicles, including private cars, and all types of motorcycles.

• I have successfully managed a diverse team of AzamPesa agents, freelancers, and Team Leaders across five key regions - Dar es Salaam, Tanga, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, and Manyara - with project managers.
• I used to receive all agents, FL, TL contracts from our Area Sales Manager in all regions in order to cross-check all details, then to be sent to AzamPesa HQ for approval, whereby Rahntech acts as the Super Agent of those entire regions.

• To make real-time monitoring for all sold devices weekly, monthly, as well as to follow up with our esteemed customers in a polite way to insist on them to follow up on their bounds.
• Managing agents for all borders (OSBP) in Tunduma, Rusumo, Kabanga, Kasumulu, Mutukula, and Kigoma Port, and to make sure they follow up on device deactivations so that they can return to the circle on time and carry new trip.
