Witness brings to the NBAA Governing Board an extensive experience in audit and assurance from both public and private entities and tax compliance and consulting of various organizations. Specifically, for audit her experience includes, internal audit, system audits and forensic audit financial advisory.
Witness immense industry experience extends to financial services, telecommunication, and infrastructure and Public institutions particularly donor funded projects. She has been qualified to audit USAID funded projects, World Bank and European Union projects.
Since May 2018, Witness was appointed to the Governing Board of NBAA and serves in three committees: Audit; finance and Technical committees of the board.
She is also a member of Tanzania Association of Women Certified Accountants and accredited to the Institute of Directors.
Witness began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tanzania, in 1996, before joining Deloitte Tanzania in 2000 where she seconded to Deloitte Canada in 2004 until 2006 when she returned to establish Wiscon Associates,now Mazars Tanzania.
Witness is a founder and Managing partner of Mazars Tanzania since 2017 with experience of over 20 years in professional firms. In 2014 she started work as a correspondent of Mazars for 3 years until 2017 when the firm integrated with Mazars Global.

Financial Management: to oversee the financial performance of the firm, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost management To monitor financial metrics and make strategic decisions to ensure financial health and sustainability
Business Development: to lead efforts to acquire new clients, expand existing client relationships, and identify new business opportunitiesto develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
Client Relationship Management: To foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-value accounts To ensure that clients receive high-quality service and that their needs are met
