Description: The assignment involved collection of data countrywide concerning ownership of farms exceeding 50 acres among various categories of investors, assessing development of such farms and validity of ownership
Responsibilities: Collecting secondary data on farms, conducting interviews with farm owners and Local Government Authorities (LGAs), data entry, Data Analysis, conducting focused group discussions (FGDs) in communities.


June-July 2013: Researcher: Assessment of Financing Gap of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programme Under Big Results Now (2013/14 Financial Year) for Ministry of Water under Department of Economics (DOE), University of Dar es Salaam
Description: The assignment required the consultant (DOE) to collect and analyze data from Local Government Authorities on implementation of Rural Water Sector Development Programme and establish financial requirements for successful implementation of water projects under the National initiative, Big Results Now (BRN)
