  With 33 years of cumulative experience in the aquaculture and fisheries sector, he has held various influential positions, including Seafood Consultant for business development and investment in seafood sectors globally; Fisheries and Aquaculture Consultant focusing on sustainable practices and marine biodiversity conservation in Türkiye; and Secretary General for both the National Union for Turkish Aquaculture Producers and Muğla Fish Farmers Association, where he played a key role in promoting sustainability and supporting industry growth. Additionally, as a Consultant at KILIÇ Seafood Company, one of the leading companies in Europe, he contributed to the company's success through strategic decision-making and project coordination; and as the Director of Foreign Investment and International Relations for the biggest finfish production company in the Mediterranean, he formulated and executed strategies for global market presence and international partnerships. His expertise also extends to roles such as Director of Marine Aquaculture, Mariculture Expert, and various positions in projects supported by international organizations, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the seafood sector.
  Holds a diverse array of certifications in the fields of food safety, quality management, and supply chain within the seafood/fisheries/aquaculture sector, including but not limited to certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, BRC, ASC, Sea bass-Sea bream, and Meagre Standard), IFS, and GLOBAL G.A.P.
  For 33 years, he has demonstrated expertise in seafood, from strategic roles in international business development, investment evaluation, and market expansion to leading sustainable initiatives in Turkey's fisheries, aquaculture, and seafood processing sectors. As Secretary-General for industry associations, he has championed market stability, advocated modernization, and represented the industry globally. As a Consultant at KILIÇ Seafood Company, he played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, obtaining quality certifications, and establishing processing plants. Serving as Director and expert, he has facilitated global market presence, adhered to regulations, and led sustainable mariculture practices, contributing to the growth and development of the seafood sector.
