• Clinical Training & Onboarding: Designed and delivered hands-on training for technologists and radiologists on equipment operation, safety workflows, and image optimization.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Spearheaded equipment calibration, quality control (QC) testing, and regulatory alignment, ensuring peak diagnostic performance and zero-violation audits.

Advanced Imaging & Protocol Launch

• Pioneered Advanced Sequences: Introduced and successfully implemented advanced clinical protocols, including MRI Spectroscopy, MR Angiography (MRA), MR Venography (MRV), and CT Angiography (CTA).
• MRI Expertise: Mastered and executed all major and routine MRI examinations, consistently optimizing acquisition parameters for superior image clarity and diagnostic precision.
• Multi-Modality Operations: Performed specialized procedures—such as Hysterosalpingography (HSG) and CT Angiography—alongside routine CT scans and digital X-ray examinations.

• Worked as an intern for almost a year, due to registration purposes.
• Rotated through various modalities including ultrasound, CT, MRI, and X-ray, enhancing technical skills.
• Have pioneered studies such as Coronary Angiogram, Breast MRI, CT- lower limb angiogram and Pulmonary angiogram.
• Have rotated in various modalities such as Ultrasound, CT, MRI and X-ray.
• Have also performed X-ray procedures such as HSG on an appointment basis.

• Joined in as a temporary replacement for one of the Technologist for 2 months. during those 2 months I performed:
• Executed MRI and CT procedures, including contrast studies and special imaging.
• Have sufficient experience with various Fluoroscopic procedures such as barium swallow, MCU, Hysterosalpingogram etc. Interpret data and provide recommendations for optimal patient care.
• Maintained and managed PACS, including med synapse PACS, and collaborated with radiologists to draft accurate imaging reports.
• Managed and organized radiology and patient records to ensure accurate data retrieval.

• Managed multiple procedures per shift while maintaining a high quality of care.
• Performed MRI and CT procedures, including contrast studies and special imaging, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
• Have sufficient experience with various Fluoroscopic procedures such as barium swallow, MCU, Hysterosalpingogram etc.. Interpret data and provide recommendation for optimal patient care.
• Assisted in interventional radiological procedures, including CT-guided biopsies and ultrasound-guided interventions, contributing to patient care.
• Maintained and operated PACS systems, including meddiff and Fuji, facilitating efficient imaging management.
• Have maintained and worked on PACs, such as meddiff and Fuji.
• Experience working with radiology manager, supervisor and have participated in training the Siemens engineers in a collaboration program.
• Manipal hospitals is one of the largest hospital groups in India with over 24 branches across the county. The yeshwantpur branch is the head of Teleradiology with a separate organization within known as Manipal Hospital Radiology Group (MHRG).
