1. Conduct assessments to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by women in various contexts, including the workplace or community. Analyze data to develop tailored strategies for addressing these needs.

2. Design, develop, and implement programs and initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, leadership, and career development,includes creating training materials, workshops, and mentoring programs.

3. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to build skills, confidence, and leadership capabilities among women. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help women achieve their personal and professional goals.

4. Advise organizations on best strategies for creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for women, involve developing policies, procedures, and practices that promote gender equality and address barriers to women’s advancement.

5. Track the progress and impact of women’s development programs and initiatives. Collect and analyze feedback, measure outcomes, and make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results.

6. Writing monthly report.

1. Conducting structured face to face interview , with women’s about their children health and record response in tablet.

2. To provide education about antibiotic to the parent.

3. To visit children in the house hold after seven days of treatment.

4. To register children from 0 to 14 years in the project.

5. Able to writing daily and weekly report.

6. To recording children who checked CRP and HB, in the project.

7. To enrol patient who have acute illness in project.

1. Conducting structured, face to face interviews with participants and record responses in tablets and paper based forms in the household, Health facility and Schools.

2. Conducting research and collect data information by assigned methods.

3. Appropriate documenting and report results.

4. Able to travel to designated area/remote and conduct interviews with beneficiaries.

5. Sharing field data collection experiences after field.

6. Participating in regular field team debriefing meetings.

7. Take water sample(onsite analysis) bacteriological and Chemical analysis.

8. Use of Mobile data collection-M-water app.

9.Use the map as the sapling methodology.
