

Mr. Twaibu T. Damian is a Tanzanian educator, researcher, and consultant specializing in sport governance, transport history, and institutional reform. He holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and a Bachelor of Education in Geography and History from the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy (MNMA). His research interests span football governance, sport policy, and inclusive institutional adaptation. His academic research work is documented and firmly established at the University of Dar es Salaam (both a published papers and unpublished dissertation). He has co-authored nearly 5 peer-reviewed articles, contributed to historical research projects, and participated in over 8 academic training workshops and conferences. His research work contributes to reconstruction of the past knowledge, evidence-based policy reform and the documentation of institutional legacy in Tanzania and across Africa. Mr. Twaibu is affiliated with the University of Dar es Salaam, and the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy. His teaching areas include history, geography, and social science research methods. He currently serves as a research trainer at Usambara Research Training and Consultancy (USARETCO).
