Projects

Masters' thesis: Development of quality index method (QIM) schemes for whole and fillets of Caranx ignobilis for quality evaluation of those products during handling and chilled storage. 

Bachelor's degree project: Product development of Yoghurt containing ascorbic acid from the pineapple fruit. 

At Coca-Cola Kwanza 

project 1: reduction of "trade returns" which aid in saving distribution cost by an average of 292.72 USD/day. 

Project 2:" Control of Carbon dioxide loss" on the production of soft drinks, bases on the root cause analysis for CO2 consumption versus a requirement. Outcomes: Where we were able to identify the possible cause and give the mitigations which improved CO2 yield by 3.4%.
