My experience in the food industry is acquired from Can Tho University and Nha Trang University (Vietnam), Sokoine University of Agriculture (Tanzania), Coca-Cola Kwanza, former Tanzania Food and Drugs Authority (TFDA), and Sayona Foods Ltd. I am passionate about professional dynamicity in the food chain which leads to being entrusted by different Organizations including academics and manufacturers where I ensure flexible, reliable, standards meet expectations and legal compliance.

Bachelor's degree project: Product development of Yoghurt containing ascorbic acid from the pineapple fruit.

project 1: reduction of "trade returns" which aid in saving distribution cost by an average of 292.72 USD/day.
Project 2:" Control of Carbon dioxide loss" on the production of soft drinks, bases on the root cause analysis for CO2 consumption versus a requirement. Outcomes: Where we were able to identify the possible cause and give the mitigations which improved CO2 yield by 3.4%.
