Profile and key skills I possess Bachelor of Sociology and Master of Public health both from University of Dar Es salaam. I have more than ten years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, program management, organizational support, budgeting and planning for various multi-donor funded health related programs in Tanzania. I have proven leadership and managerial skills working with both profit and non-profit organizations in poor resource settings while addressing health related HIV and AIDS challenges. Some of the key skills and competences that she possesses include: - More than 10 years’ experience working with PEPFAR funded projects (USAID, CDC and DOD) government officials, partners, health care workers and community volunteers in program monitoring and evaluation. Experience in health programs in areas of; HIV Care and Treatment, H I V Prevention, PMTCT, TB/HIV and Family Planning. Also experience of working with ministry of health local government authorities, and general health care system in Tanzania. I am equipped with DQA skills at health facility, council, regional and National levels gained practically from both my previous and current job. Excellent report writing skills.
