- Responsible for the overall planning and management of the 28 Health facilities (OHCs & MCs), out of which 15 Outreach Health Centres are based in Dar es Salaam region, 7 Outreach Health centers in the upcountry i.e., Morogoro, Dodoma, Iringa, Mbeya, Tanga, Arusha, Zanzibar and 5 in Northern Lake Zone area i.e., Kahama, Bukoba, Tabora, Bunda, Geita and Mwanza Regional Hospital (60-bed hospital)

- Developing specific business and quality improvement plans for programs that will successfully transition to long-term sustainability
