Have solely taken over the mobile sales division that oversaw earlier. I still operate the same number of trucks, fiscal machines and have hired the same team. The difference is now I purchase stock and I can sell at a profit rather than just depending on commissions.
My work goes accordingly to my own schedule, and I can work remotely, accomplishing a lot of my tasks. I do still have an office and warehouses within the HQ.
I use my own online software to update my work along with Microsoft Office. We have outsourced a recruiting company to keep my team legally employed.
Oversee operations and provide corrective feedback to achieve daily and long-term goals.
Even though I have taken over the mobile sales division, I still send daily reports to the company via Excel and the EFD reports to match sales that I submit to them. I still have meetings with senior management and directors to discuss the growth of our overall businesses.

Was responsible for employing and managing a team of 30 people inclusive of 3 managers, 11 salespeople, drivers and workers. My office and warehouses were located within the company's headquarters in Dar Es Salaam.
I operated 14 trucks as a separate entity working hand in hand with the company thus making all operational costs fall under myself and I earned an agreed commission rate based on my overall sales.
I supplied all company products throughout the entire city. I had to make sure all customers were served promptly with all goods that they require thus made me stay in constant touch with senior managers and different head of departments in all the company's factories and HQ to get my goods loaded and delivered without fail. I was constantly in touch with a lot of clients (new and existing) daily in order to give them one on one care and I made sure they stay loyal to our brand.
All trucks had to be be operational to make route sales and deliveries. I had to ensure trucks were repaired and serviced on time. All Human Resource related issues were handled by my team and I. It was my duty to make sure that all 27 Electronic Fiscal Devices matched with the actual sales. The accounts had to be closed daily, stocks must match the system (SAP) whether it is in the truck or warehouse and the amount sold must be banked accordingly. Mobile application must match SAP. Reports that the directors wanted, mostly performance related, had to be made using Microsoft Excel and emailed frequently.
Frequent meetings held with the directors and senior management to address challenges, ensure smooth operation, growth, product reviews, pricing, strategies and overall profitability for the group.

I managed two depots of the group, one located right at the city centre and the other located on the outskirts of Dar Es Salaam. The markets I had to cover were approximately 25% of Dar Es Salaam.
Accumulatively, I managed 23 people who either directly report to me or my assistant managers, who report to me. I report directly to the Managing Director of the group.
My responsibilities included, but not limited to, increasing sales for the company, meeting customers and convincing them to take our products. Additionally I had to meet company sales targets for all products, reconcile the accounts, submit several reports, correctly submit all financial documents required by the tax authority of the country, manage my teammates, update all accounts to the company's software (SAP) and another software on the company phone.
The company provided me with commissions that we had agreed upon and costs are shared out. The company paid for the salaries, rent and taxes. Costs borne by me were the sales commissions to the team, fuel for all vehicles, spare parts and all other operating costs.
Logistics was a big factor in this business. I managed 5 vehicles that are under the depot's supervision, but also discuss with fellow senior management of different factories to receive goods using the company's trucks and promptly carried out the supply.
