  • Project Coordinator for Kibaha – Mlandizi – Chalinze – Morogoro Toll Expressway (205 km) under Public Private Partnership (PPP).
  • Participated in the preparation of a Concept Note and Pre-Feasibility Study Report project which were approved by the Minister for Works and Transport.
  • A Transaction Advisor (TA) procured in October 2022 is carrying out the Feasibility Study for Lot 1 Kibaha – Chalinze 78.9. km and Lot 2 Chalinze – Morogoro 84.9 km.
  • The Feasibility Study Report for Lot. 1 Kibaha – Chalinze was approved by the Ministry of Finance and Planning PPP Steering Committee on 7th March 2023 and Request for Qualification advertised on 18th March 2023.
  • Evaluation carried out and Request for Proposals (RFP) issued on 3rd August, 2023.
  • RFPs submitted on 6th February 2024 and Pre-negotiations underway with preferred bidder.
  • For Lot 2, TA completed Feasibility Study on 13th July 2024.
  • Other PPP projects underway at different stages are Dar es Salaam Outer 78.65 km and Middle 53.31 km Ring roads; Morogoro – Dodoma Expressway; Second Kigamboni Bridge near current Ferry Crossing; and Transit Border Crossing at Tunduma/Nakonde between Tanzania and Zambia.
