• Developed the Bank’s five-year information and digital transformation strategy and implemented the Bank’s objectives attached to information governance.
• Coordinated the Core Banking Systems (BANKS) and their installation, configuration, and upgrading.
• Led the development of new products i.e. Spend2save and Soft- Token that enhanced convenience and support mobilization of low- cost deposits for the Bank.
• Lead the implementation of various integrations i.e. Government e-Payment Gateway, The MasterCard Payment Gateway and the TISS Transfer API product, which are projects that created a competitive advantage for the Bank in customer acquisition and supported low-cost deposit mobilization for the Bank
• Oversaw the implementation of TIPS (a nationwide payment engine that enables immediate electronic retail payments) throughout all Bank online channels. This project increased the Bank's fee collection by 47%.
• Headed the data recovery site implementation project aimed at establishing the Bank’s recovery infrastructure when the primary data center is unavailable.
• Spearheaded the creation of an agent banking solution (GTWAKALA) in which the agents provide limited banking services on behalf of the Bank. The offering allowed the Bank to expand its coverage and accessibility in places where there are no physical branches and resulted in increased deposit mobilization and client acquisition.

• Electronic platforms such as Internet banking, GAPs, GTWorld, Simple banking (*150*97#), Automated Clearing House Solution (Chequepoint).
• SWIFT Infrastructure and applications such as VPN, KENTAS, BOX & KPRinter.
• e-Business solutions such as ATM Terminals and Cards services (Viacard).
• SIEM solution of the Bank that is, the Alien vault tool.

Led the development of an automated online account opening solution on mobile app (GTWorld) which has automated account opening process and led to over 6,000 online accounts being opened in a year and boosted account opening by 60%
