  • Lead in the development of a robust MEAL system for AMR and Surveillance thematic areas.
  • Participate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual program performance reports as per PATH, USAID and CIHEB-Tanzania requirements.
  • Lead in the development of the project M&E framework based on final approved project workplan for both Surveillance and AMR components
  • Support the setting up/creation and maintenance of a database for monitoring project indicators
  • Support the government in the review and AMR and Surveillance technical documents to ensure alignment with M&E standards and best practices
  • Work in collaboration with AMR/Surveillance leads to identifying data sources, data collection methods and agree on all aspects of indicators, frequency and methods of reporting

  • Lead in the development and updating of the project evaluation and performance management plan
  • Develop and institutionalize routine data collection tools to ensure monitoring and timely reporting of data for better project planning and implementation.
