Project: USAID Usalama wa Afya Duniani (Global Health Security!) Project.

• Lead in the development of a robust MEAL system for AMR and Surveillance thematic areas.
• Participate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual program performance reports as per PATH, USAID and CIHEB-Tanzania requirements.
• Lead in the development of the project M&E framework based on final approved project workplan for both Surveillance and AMR components
• Support the setting up/creation and maintenance of a database for monitoring project indicators
• Support the government in the review and AMR and Surveillance technical documents to ensure alignment with M&E standards and best practices
• Work in collaboration with AMR/Surveillance leads to identifying data sources, data collection methods and agree on all aspects of indicators, frequency and methods of reporting
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, meetings, and other capacity-building initiatives to empower teams at the facility, district, and regional levels with the necessary skills and knowledge to engage in effective monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Represent PATH in all M&E forums including but not limited to AMR, Surveillance, M&E TWGs and other stakeholders’ workshops/meetings as needed

Project: Health Information System Strengthening Initiative for TB/HIV.

• Lead in the development and updating of the project evaluation and performance management plan
• Develop and institutionalize routine data collection tools to ensure monitoring and timely reporting of data for better project planning and implementation.
• Develop project performance indicators and ensure alignment with PATH impact indicators
• Maintain project database and ensure all project reports are generated and submitted to PATH, the donor, government and implementing partners
• Ensure project data are systematically organized and uploaded to SharePoint and Box, timely and accurate reporting of project specific and PATH institutional indicators to AMP Impact
• Coordinate and oversee provision of training and capacity building activities to PATH staff, MoH, PO-RALG and Implementing partners on data quality and use
• Lead in the design of Data Quality Assessment (DQAs) plans and implementation of data quality audits (DQAs), data validation, and presentation of finding to PATH, CDC, implementing partner and TWGs
• Lead in the preparation of capacity building materials i.e. system user manual, training plan and guide, SOPs and job aids
• Work with the project team and vendors to ensure integration of data use interventions into designed/improved systems
• Lead in the design of data visualization requirements and work with vendors on the implementations of the same
• Lead in monitoring of project implementation and periodic result reporting to PATH and to the donor
• Lead in the development and monitoring of deployment plans for the developed/improved systems

• Provide overall leadership of HakiElimu MEAL department
• Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation Systems to track results and inform program implementations
• Routine tracking and reporting program progress against set targets
• Design and implement systems for data collection, management, sampling and verifying data quality across program
• Ensuring all activity plans are designed and aligned to the MEAL frameworks
• Lead in tracking program results and preparation of organization bi-annual and annual reports
• Lead documentation and sharing of lessons learned, success stories and best practices with staff and external stakeholders

Project: Better Immunization Data Initiative

• Lead the establishment of robust M&E systems across all project sites and levels of results.
• Develop data collection tools to track and follow-up on project indicators and results. Pre-test data collection tools and identify needed improvements
• Work with External Evaluators and ensure evaluation design and approach are in line with program implementation
• Oversee selection of targeted facilities within Tanzania for a baseline assessment and ongoing monitoring using a stratified sampling methodology.
• Design and implement quality standards for collecting, handling, storing, and managing data.
• Contribute to the project team's reflection on current M&E best practices.
• Design and revise existing M&E plan as necessary based on shifting information needs or feedback from the field.
• Work closely with and/or Support Zambia office for adopting M&E tools and approaches successful implemented in Tanzania

Project: USAID Pamoja Tuwalee Project.

• Develop M&E data collection tools for the project and partners as needed, including routine data collection tools for program staff and partners, and evaluation tools as needed.
• Support and supervise collection and analysis of data for Pamoja Tuwalee project as per timeframe set
• Carry out Routine Data Quality Assessment (RDQA) to Pamoja Tuwalee Implementing Partners to ensure quality of data
• Support in preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports to be submitted to Pact HQ and USAID
• Contribute to general capacity-building strategy for partner NGOs, Local Government Authorities and other local partners including participation in the development and delivery of training workshops and other capacity building activities
• Work with other department team members in undertaking evaluation works including but not limited to baseline surveys, mid-term evaluations and work with external evaluators as desired.
• Provide Technical Assistance to NGOs and other partners to strengthen their capacity in data management and M&E

Project: KAYA Community Care Initiative Project

• Ensure routine monitoring and evaluation of project indicators and intervention areas
• Develop quantitative and qualitative research instruments and carry out action-oriented research to uncover social and cultural influences on household decision-making and behaviors related to care
• Manage the program database, compiling and analyzing project implementation reports
• Evaluating project reports against work plans, project objectives, indicators, and the budget for strategic planning
• Building the capacity of Community Home Based Care, health facility supervisors and District Home Based Care Coordinators in National Reporting System

Project: Abstinence and Behaviour change for Youth (ABY) Project

• Conduct review meetings with implementing partners to discuss project progress and give feedback to partner representatives and beneficiaries.
• Conducting operation studies and documenting best practices and lessons learnt to be shared with donors and implementing partners.
• Work closely with external evaluators and ensure that donor monitoring and evaluation guidelines are complied with.
