  • Travel to field sites to collect, record and analyse data
  • Practices in household & health facility data collection
  • Target women age of 15 to 45 years old and children under 2 years old
  • Having conversation and counselling about family planning
  • Types of family planning
  • How to use and get every type of family planning
  • Advantage of using family planning well and disadvantage of delay using family planning
  • Daily report writing by using Tablets with Open Data Kit (ODK)
  • Interview privacy & Questionnaire piloting
  • Also I was providing counselling and take much listening to the women based on different challenges they face before, during and after giving birth.
