Cooperative Advisor CRAFT Project

- Working in CRAFT- project (Climate Resilient Agri-business for tomorrow)
- Enhanced Cooperative engagement by screening potential businesses and funding. Pre investment coaching to 6 cooperatives in 2019 - 2021 resulting to 4 cases onboarded. The onboarded cooperatives secured 500,000+ Euros.
- Monitoring and evaluation cooperatives performance adhering to project milestone. Regular visits, online follow up, peer to peer learning and advisory missions involving Dutch Agripool experts.
- Delivered training in Value chain and Service delivery model subjects. Using Sustainable Services Workshops, Value Creator, FACT training and My coop for smaller cooperatives. A total number of 20 organizations, more than 450 individual members were trained.
- Attending meetings in Kenya and Uganda with project consortium members. Satisfactorily sharing project progress, cooperative overview, defending business cases while bridging the gap knowledge.
- Collaborated with internal team Agriterra to develop comprehensive action plans and budget plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitated three extension proposals for three cooperatives. 200,000 Euros awarded in period of 8 months fot the extension period.
- Three proposal developed under FACT trajectory as a result of FACT training conducted October 2023.
