In the past 8 years I worked with various organization including NGOs, Healthcare and Telecom Companies. I have experience on sales, Marketing, customer service management, business development and social enterprises. Generally responsible for budgeting, development of Sales & Marketing strategies, proposal development and stakeholder engagement through developed initiatives.

• Participating in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of key program activities according to Amref and donor/funder/lender requirements and regulations.
• Monitoring of budgets and expenditures for the running social enterprise initiatives.
Monitoring and reporting on the microfinance and social enterprises marketplaces.

• Developing a portfolio of social enterprise including securing new funding streams and developing/refining concepts aligning to Amref’ s mission and vision for lasting health change in Africa

• Developed partnership with Private health facilities on Laboratory Diagnostic Services
• Developed MoU with Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences on Laboratory Analysis of Research and Survey samples
• Developed partnership with Private and Pulic health facilities on East Africa –Regional External Quality Assesement (EA-REQAS)
• Maintained close relationship with different stakeholders (NGOs, Corporate clients, Insurance companies and intermedieary Agents)
