- Monitor and track the upload of data onto the Water Point Data Management System each month
- Verify a sample of the submitted updates each month to provide an insight into the quality of the data submitted and to identify any gaming within the system
- Manage the automated production and distribution of standard format reporting to all LGA’s on the status and analysis of their update from the system (Water Point Data Manager)
- Produce and distribute reporting on the performance of all LGA’s to key stakeholders in a timely manner each month

- Maintain an up-to-date list of all Regional Secretaries, DWE and WEO’s in country

- Carry out monthly verification on selected sample by calling VEO’s so as to collect data after obtaining up-to-date inventory for sample LGA’s/Wards/Villages from updating team
- Record collected data from VEO’s in the inventory / aggregate template
- Complete basic summary analysis on the verification data
- Maintain master copies of key templates and lists; this includes to Maintain RS/DWE/WEO and VEO master contact list and maintain sample master document
- Engage on data cleaning process for the full Water Points inventory.
