  • Project build up started in January 2014. Building completion in June 2016. Customer operations started in September 2014. We grew revenue from TZS 62,718,930(USD 27,281.04) in 2014 to TZS 408,202,429(USD 177,525.29) in 2015
  • Developed and oversaw project operations and managed multi-functional issues through resolution
  • Hired and managed consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to complete project tasks
  • Reviewed performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
  • Evaluated suppliers to assess quality, timeliness and compliance of deliveries, maintain tight cost controls and maximize business operational efficiency
