  • Participate in the development and implementation of the talent management strategy, policy frameworks, processes and procedures for implementation as part of the overall CRDB human resource management strategy
  • Lead and manage the performance management process targeting the designated portfolio and entire bank

  • Make sure that all business units set their performance standards (CSMART KPIs) in the HR Connect system in line with the strategic goals of the bank at the beginning of each performance period
  • Providing regular PMS training to all management and employees on the process, the steps involved, their responsibilities, and the benefits to be gained by all
