- Participate in the development and implementation of the talent management strategy, policy frameworks, processes and procedures for implementation as part of the overall CRDB human resource management strategy
- Lead and manage the performance management process targeting the designated portfolio and entire bank
- Participate in talent identification process through performance management system and process that is effective
- Participate in compensation and benefit through performance management and ensuring a fair practice for compensation that is performance driven
- Provide meaningful input for talent review discussions with the talent management governance board and relevant key stakeholders
- Oversee the performance management system framework and process across CRDB Bank Plc right from defining, implementation, monitoring and facilitating development discussions
- Drive learning and awareness of the performance management system and process
- Develop and own the performance management policy framework
- Facilitate the development and delivery of learning interventions and frameworks for mentoring and coaching
- Create and use data that will facilitate a data driven decision making process on the talent management people agenda
- Partner and liaise with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure that PMS agenda is embedded across the organisation sustainably
- Build up and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to identify areas of collaboration and identify opportunities to performance culture delivery and impact in CRDB Bank Plc
- Contribute to the overall human resource budget preparation proving inputs to support budget for talent driven initiatives
- Hold accountability for managing budget for talent initiatives and but not limited to vendor management whenever necessary
- Reporting and dashboard management for the board of directors, director of human resources, Management Committee, specific stakeholders, and any other adhoc reports that may be required
- Responsible for establishing and developing successors in own portfolio
- Risk management through identification, monitoring and evaluating the Key Controls Self Assessments (KCSA)
