· Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking necessary action to improve the performance in the area.

· Responsible for testing the radio performance for newly integrated sites.

· Managing and tackling customer’s complaints about quality of service.

· Lead report writing of progress reports and final reports for submission.

· Responsible for inconsistencies checks, packet throughput, parameter changes, and physical changes such as electrical and mechanical tilt, azimuth, height etc.

· Monitoring radio network quality, optimal, maintaining and improve the quality of the network.

· KPI calculating and monitoring 2G, 3G and 4G.

· Carrying out monitoring operations, servicing servers, network and telecommunication equipment in data centers and other organizations.

· Alarm handling, checking, reporting and follow-up.

· Identification and prevention of any potential issues regarding the network.
