Operations

  • Managing the entire export process including. Bookings, documentation process, declaration, port handling, invoicing, loading, return of empty containers and other statutory documentation (TRA, Port, Shipping Line).
  • To ensure container placement, consignment staffing, inspection and transfer are effectively and efficiently done.
  • Management of CFS by ensuring on time receipt of empty containers.
  • Liaise with the transport department and clients to ensure availability of trucks port delivery to avoid missing the vessels or any extra charges.
  • Following up and ensuring all bond validation status issues have been resolved timely.
  • Ensure company compliance on all international, local and legal obligations.
  • Ensure the operations are handled in compliance with the company polices and all relevant regulations.
  • Sorting out all operations issues that arise during delivering of consignment to port as well as any other export related issues.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Responsible for planning and budgeting of the export division
  • Controlling of all the departmental costs to ensure appropriate usage of funds in compliance with the company procedures and to keep each shipment profitable.

Client Relations

  • Ensure follow up on filling documentation and preparation of billing (invoices) of all clients after exportation of the shipment Stakeholders Relations
