- To supervise all data collected and reported by staff from health facilities meets the elements of data quality (reliability, accuracy, and timeliness).
- To use DHIS2 software to analyze and develop the monthly report and share it with the regional health management team (RHMTs) and council health management team (CHMTs) in the Mara region on monitoring and evaluation activities, agreed targets, and interpretation of data to support management in decision-making.
- To work closely with the district health management information system (DHMIS) focal person in strengthening and training 8-HMIS focal persons in the use of DHIS2, especially in data quality, data validation, data visualization, data completeness, accuracy, graph drawing, and extraction of various reports from DHIS2.
- To monitor the quality of data collection conducted on a routine basis from health facilities, dispensaries, and hospitals in the Mara region.
- In collaboration with district health information focal persons, we managed to meet the target by 86% in data completeness and accuracy from 60 selected health facilities in the Mara region.
