- Ensure timely filing of correct returns
- Ensure Timely payment of tax by reminding taxpayers through various communications channels to pay tax on or before due date.
- Make follow up of unpaid taxes through various communication channels available. (i.e. through physical visits, e-mail, phone calls & Text message)
- Follow up of self-assessment to ensure payment on or before due dates.
- Send reminder letters to non-payers/filers for immediately submission of return or payment.
- Make reconciliation of tax payments against assessments as per return made to identify non payers.
- Prepare monthly confirmation report.
- Generate monthly a list of non-fillers and non-payers from allocated taxpayers.
- Prepare monthly report on penalties, fines & interest imposed
- Prepare individual performance report.
