On Work Training

• Learning about GSMArchitecture and the respective nodes i.eBTS, BSC, MSC, STP, MGW, HLR, EIR, SGSN, GGSN etc
• Learning about CS CORE Call flow including Subscriber registration, Handover and Charging
• Learning about PS CORE Call flow including UE attach, PDP context activation and UE detach

• Receiving customer network problems and perform initial findings i.e Serving site, site status
• Escalating to second level support if needed and follow up for solutions
• Preparing daily reports on the received cases and their updates

• Confirming the list of equipment’s before delivering them to site for installation
• Ensuring the availability of team for installation activity as per design and following up to acceptance
• Preparing Single site verification reports (SSV) after Drive test
