· Develop and implement an effective resource mobilization strategy, representing Malala Fund to local donor agencies, and ensuring sound proposal development and budgeting to maximize funding opportunities for girls’ education.

• Support the coordination of public forums to ensure that issues around food and climate, focusing on women small scale food producers reach a wider audience and influence decision making processes at national level.
• Monitoring and evaluation including adherence to programme standards and development of case studies to demonstrate the outcomes and impact of the campaigning and advocacy work on Oxfam change goals.
• Develop tools for monitoring impacts of Oxfam in Tanzania work and ensure such tools are capturing campaigns impacts and learning both at the local and national level.
• Coordinate Parliamentary engagement activities and managed to link Oxfam in Tanzania with members of parliament responsible in Parliamentary Agriculture Committee, worked with committees and establish a long-term relationship with member of parliaments in such a way they are now attending Oxfam activities.
• Lead Agriculture coalition group i.e., 5 organizations working on Agriculture sector. Managed to come out with two research and organized two trainings on agriculture budget guideline review and agriculture budget tracking to small scale women farmers and youths.

• Engaging, initiating and developing coalitions and networks for Oxfam Tanzania in areas that Oxfam in Tanzania is working with to influence and transform power structures.
• Convening Agriculture Budget Coalition meetings and initiatives including corporate events such as cocktail parties and breakfast debates and dialogues.
• Advocate for Climate Change issues.
• Proposing and implementing new strategies to make sure benefits are marginalised in the built alliances.
• Representing OXFAM through alliances and fora for economic justice campaigning and advocacy including business networking events.

• Negotiating, deciding and report to the manager for the engagements that have benefit to the Organization on the fields of works that the Economic Justice Campaign team is working on and OXFAM area of interest.
