  • Regional Commercial Agronomist is responsible to transform Seed Co Tanzania into customer facing business through implementation of brand, trade and marketing programs, B2G,B2C and B2F relationship , Influencing route to Marketing partners( Distributors and stockiest)
  • Improve region business turnovers by 85.1% (USD 1.5M) in first year at work FY 2019/2020 for maize seeds and still growing.
  • Establishing well managed 400 demonstration farms across working region and performing Farmers Field days(FFD) in those farms
  • Successfully organizing and training more than 10,000 farmers every year through Farmers Field days
  • Sign up more than 46 commercial farmers all doing bulk cash purchase
  • Increase overall market share of Company’s products to 55% through strategic planning and effective use of every available opportunity
