As the President of the Tanzania Medical Students' Association (TAMSA), the primary mission is to prepare and equip all medical students in Tanzania to effectively address major community health challenges using scientific and technological approaches. This role requires visionary leadership, strategic planning, advocacy skills, and the ability to foster partnerships both nationally and internationally.

TAMSA and NIMR aims to improve healthcare data analysis through internships and mentorship, ensuring sustainable impact through coordinated efforts and annual assessments by the TAMSA-NIMR Research collaboration board.
*MOH ( ministry of Health in Tanzania)* - TAMSA, as the national organization for medical students, focuses on enhancing medical education and public health awareness. The collaboration aimed to improve healthcare access through initiatives like clinical exchanges and health campaigns, targeting issues such as non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and neglected tropical diseases (NTDs).
*USAID in Tanzania*- the collaboration involved raising awareness on safe family planning methods and access to range contraceptives options ensuring individuals have power to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.
*STUFIT Africa* - Collaboration aimed to conduct medical camps at primary schools. These camps focus on health education, screening for common conditions, and promoting overall wellness among children.
*THS (Tanzania Health Summit)*- THS initiated the Kuza Project to enhance financial literacy among health professionals, including medical students. This project aims to equip participants with essential financial skills to manage their finances effectively, understand investments, and plan for their financial future.
