  • Works with other technical partners and consultants including Rasello, MyService and QED on making sure that systems are up and running and are all updated timely
  • Creating models for easy data extraction, transform and loading (ETL) using SQL queries and Microsoft Power Query
  • Participate in writing user manual and documentation that involves health systems
