I spent over 17 years in FMCG, Telecommunication and currently Banking with extensive work experience in Branding and Marketing. At Bank of Africa Tanzania Limited I am responsible for Marketing and Communication and a member of the Bank of Africa Executive Committee (EXCOM). I play a key role in shaping the bank's brand identity and communication strategy. Leading innovative thinking that leads to successful campaigns that resonate with the bank's diverse customer base. I have a wide experience of more than 10 years, with Serengeti Breweries Limited (Diageo) – in Brand Management and CSR, Vodacom Tanzania 6 years in Branding and Communication with a major milestone being part of Vodacom Tanzania IPO in 2017. Having shouldered responsibilities from frontline marketing and brand management I bring a wealth of corporate experience which reinforces my skills to impact and connect with the audiences. I have worked for Brands like Vodacom, Mpesa, Serengeti Premium Lager, Serengeti Premium Lite, and Guinness to mention a few. I have been involved in big football platforms like Vodacom Premier League (VPL), Taifa Stars – National Team, CECAFA Tusker Cup, and Fiesta the largest music festival in Tanzania. I have been featured as a speaker in prominent live events like Malkia Wa Nguvu 2022, Clouds FM - Mchongo wa Big Joe in 2021, Keynote speaker for Brighter Monday on navigating the new norm- during COVID, Duma Marketing Forum 2017, Smart Code Women's Day, UDIPRASA on Career in Marketing 2021. Took part in media startup mentorship programs for DW Akademie on Branding and Marketing. Featured speaker at a Training workshop for leaders of Sports Associations /Federations Tanzania mainland as organized by Tanzania Sports Council under the Ministry of Culture, Arts, and Sports - Discussing the power of Public-Private Partnerships in the sports community, Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce on Branding and Marketing for the CDEA Fashion Incubator and Accelerator Initiative with the support of Giz.   • Spearheaded the restructuring of the brand and communication function to drive efficiency and team optimization.
  • Successfully delivered sustainability agenda through corporate affairs and reached more than 2M people with clean water and planted more than 3M trees in delivery of environment agenda for the company.
  • Developed and executed a brilliantly repositioning brand campaign for Serengeti Premium Lager “Good times last longer” which drove the growth of the brand from 9% to 12% Market Share and delivered Brand Equity scores.
  • Successfully rolled out Fiesta (the largest music property in Tanzania) attracting more than 50,000 people (2009-2011).
  • Successfully managed Tusker CECAFA Cup – through – through the line campaign. (2009-2011).
  • Managed and rolled out the launch of the Coca-Cola Real campaign from Always Coca-Cola – through the line campaign –
