• I participated in formulating a draft of East African Microfinance Policy and Tanzania Microfinance Policy whose Act was launched November, 2018.
• Being a founder of shared services Branch I represented well UTT-MFI at various forums/ meetings organized by the respective Shared Services Channel Partners such as NEEC, GEPF, Water Aid, PDF and training of young graduate’s concern business development and management.
• Being appointed as UTT MFI staff Secretary it paved a way for me to build good work and social relationship between UTT MFI management and staff.
• Member representative of SELF MF Baraza and Chairperson of TUGHE at SELF MF
• Conducted marketing and road show campaigns to twelve regions where SELF MF branches are located.
• Conducted market survey and established SELF MF Morogoro Branch.
• Trained 55 Directors of Microfinance Institutions found in Morogoro on principles and practices of Microfinance.
• Trained 35 army staff from 12 countries participating the Eleventh Course of the National Defence College – Tanzania (NDC-TZ), in the academic year 2023/2023 course on socio- political, economic settings and issues related to agriculture and industries and how they either or directly or indirectly affect National Security held at SELF MF Morogoro branch premises.
