  • CBD launch and Operations: With the main objective of enabling low cost transportation within the CBD. I Led the project from a Supply perspective (disabled driver engagements and Onboarding), product pricing and monitoring the product growth. Working closely with the central Ops team to come with initiatives that would grow supply.
  • Vehicle Solutions: Working closely with CRDB Bank to ensure smooth operations in the product management, by the end of 2020, +300 drivers were linked for vehicle loans and are continuing to engage CRDB and more banks on the product.
