1. To ensure all financial transactions are made through Oracle Financial Application(ERP) in a correct accounting flex field.
2. To ensure timely billing of contributions and penalties are done in account receivable module
3. To ensure that billing of contributions and penalties revenue of a particular month are completed not later than 20th day of the following month.
4. To ensure that billing are adjusted using either Credit Memo or Debit Memo.
5. To identify bounced cheque, collect the same from the bank and reverse receipt issued in the system against the bounced cheque
6. To ensure that proper cash office revenue control and remittances procedures
7. To ensure that all contributions are collected through GePG as per financial policy
8. To ensure timely payment of members benefits and proper accounting for member benefits such as accounting for Retirement Pension, Survivors Benefits, Unemployment Benefit, Gratuity Benefits, Social Health Insurance Benefit, Maternity Benefits, Funeral Grants, Invalidity Pension , Deposit Administration Scheme Benefits
