  • Organized and Facilitated: Successfully organized a training workshop for 35 representatives from Tanzania’s Business Support Organizations (BSOs), universities, and relevant trade associations.
  • Customized and Delivered Training: Designed and delivered a 3-day customized training on ITC’s Market Analysis Tools (Trade Map and Market Access). Developed new content beyond the standard presentation, including PowerPoint slides, in-class exercises, and discussions, to effectively assess participant competency.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Provided a detailed report on the 3-day training event, covering the intervention, results from the online workshop evaluation, and recommendations for the 10 most competent participants to continue to the Training of Trainers.
  • Coaching and Assessment Preparation: Prepared the 10 selected participants for assessment in the Training of Trainers program. This involved coaching on technical capacity, mastery in using ITC Tools for analysis, training, presentation, and scenario development skills.
  • Final Report Submission: Delivered a comprehensive report on the coaching activities, including a summary of the development and progress of each of the 10 participants.
