My journey with The Slipway Hotel began just after Pro Covid era, where restaurants were struggling to survive.

I was given the challenge to revive The prestigious restaurant The Waterfront.

Within my first three months, i doubled the sales of the restaurant by introducing a more advanced guest preferred menu, maintaining food quality and keeping a eye on the food cost and profitability.

By my first year completion, the sales of The Waterfront had jumped 110% from where i took over, thus i was given more responsibility and promoted as General Manager, Restaurant and Conferences.
