Appointment of the Engineering spares portfolio. Ensuring sourcing, profitable quotation and reduced delivery delays to customer as per agreement.

• Successfully coordinated the development & streamlining of Procurement Department for both Frostan Ltd and Mtanga Foods. Managed imports and local sourcing of Frostan Group product portfolio such as French fries, Spices, Packaging Material, Plant Machineries & Equipment’s, PPEs.
• Sourced & Managed of a portfolio of 30 contracted broiler out growers and Non Food supplier while successfully increasing out grower volumes to 100% within a year by recruiting farmers & restoring contracted farmers' commitment within Frostan Group and Yam standards
• Championed in facilitation of Chain Financing system with financial institutions, the company and contracted farmers
• Ensuring sufficient monthly stock forecasts of all product portfolio in liaison with the inventory department of are met for the companies for stakeholders i.e., HORECA and Individual Business Units within the group.

• Responsible for building materials purchasing, logistics planning and supply for the Rufiji Hydropower Station and Zanzibar High Court
• Improved proactive procurement to reach business margins through standardizing processes between business requirements and procurement

• Responsible for all cement outbound logistics operations in Tanzania including export transport management to Rwanda, Congo and Burundi

• Specialised in convoy formations and monitoring to ensure safe delivery of copper, abnormal loads and other valuable shipments
• This has been accountable for movement of 3000 Metric tons of copper worth over $16 million monthly from July 2015
• Subcontractor liaisons contact to ensure 100% compliance to Alistair Group standards
• In charge of sourcing and allocation of subcontractors for copper uplift from the copper belt in Zambia
• Monitoring the timely delivery of highly specialised mine requirements such as abnormally large earth moving tyres and copper (from Dar to Zambia).
