A digital enthusiast with experience in field of health(MHM),ECD, child protection, socio-economic empowerment programs and advocacy for youths,young women and adolescent girls specifically in livelihood and life skills,gender equality and social inclusion with overall management of donor funded projects.
Brac Maendeleo Tanzania in partner with MasterCard Foundation are implementing the project which stands as AIM- Accelerating Impact to Adolescents girls and young women so as to empower them socio-economic and advocacy to adolescent’s girls between the age of 12-17 and young women 18-35.
To provide overall leadership to program implementation activity at the branch level. This will include day-to-day management and implementation supervision, staff-capacity development, staff supervision and monitoring, stakeholder management, procurement and ensuring internal team coordination to ensure effective and timely program implementation and quality assurance. Responsible for overall reporting (MIS, internal and donor reporting) and for supporting other technical and operational activities at the branch level.

Responsible for the overall implementation of social empowerment related components of the program including supporting social and economic empowerment training, building awareness about social and health related issues such as GBV, safe birth, contraception, disaster preparedness, sustainable livelihood as well as will also plan and organize advocacy initiatives at the community level.
• Led the digital awareness session at Mongola Secondary School in Mvomero, Morogoro.
• Supported the training with the Theme "Youth Inclusion to Digital Agenda in Tanzania " at Savoy Hotel in Morogoro municipality that brought 25 youths in the program.
• Inclusion of women in the digital agenda and ambassadors’ creation.
Led the team in provision of menstrual hygiene awareness
• School visitations and outreach program for MHM advocacy and provision of reusable sanitary pads together with the Rotary Club of Tanzania in Dar es Salaam, Victoria Primary and Mikocheni Secondary.
• assisted in formation of Women empowerment program (10) groups with life-long skills on sewing, book keeping and money management.
Fir the Integrated School Readiness Program for children along with Learning through Playing for ECD centrers.
