Successfully conducted feasibility studies and project appraisals during the development of six environmentally sound, decentralized fecal sludge management systems in Mwanza, Iringa, Korogwe, Njombe, Zanzibar, and Moshi towns. The achievement includes improving the health condition of the urban poor communities, addressing the challenge of poor sanitation facilities in the targeted municipalities, and protecting water sources from pollution associated with poor management of fecal sludge in the urban areas.

Successfully managed the GIZ water security and climate resilience program in urban areas, implemented by Integration International Management Consultant. The program covered skills development for improved performance of the water sector workforce across the country, and revolutionized the TVET skills development by focusing on a dual training system for all vocational centers in the country.

Managed the AFD-supported technical assistance (TA) project for the Musoma and Bukoba Water Utilities. Successfully:-
1.0 Engaged in timely preparation of inception report, monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, and final contract reports, and supported contract review, amendment, and development of contracts addendum for project extension in collaboration with the Ministry of Water for AFD approval, prepared and submitted financial claims, and followed up for payments.
2.0 Managed the contract through the engagement of international consultants and other service providers focused on strengthening utilities' senior management, and established and strengthened the Project Management Units (PMU) within the two utilities in Bukoba and Musoma municipalities.
3.0 Provided oversight and assurance on the smooth implementation of TA contracts, and organized and coordinated the logistical flow of contract implementation through local and international experts on project inception, implementation processes, and closeout activities. Includes the preparation of contract briefing materials, required approvals, allowances, funding, procurement, property inventory, and support audit file documentation.
4.0 Analyzed contractual commitments, specifications, and changes, and developed a logistical program to prepare necessary subcontracts, purchase agreements, task orders, and subcontract modifications.
5.0 Supported the preparations and negotiation of subcontracts, purchase agreements, independent consultant agreements, contracts, and task order modifications; negotiated, organized, and conducted periodic contract performance reviews with the ministerial steering committee for understanding, and performed periodic contract budget monitoring.

Provide leadership to the team of advisors on implementation for the UN-Habitat-supported Lake Victoria Water and Sanitation Program. Successfully:-
1.0 Provided support on the engagement of stakeholders and subcontractors to implement program activities for the 16 urban water utilities from the Eastern African countries around Lake Victoria, including 3 from Kenya, 3 from Uganda, 3 from Rwanda, 3 from Burundi, and 4 from Tanzania.
2.0 Provided supervision and monitoring of project activities through regular site visits, developed and submitted monthly and quarterly reports to the client, UN-Habitat, and supported the program closeout of the contract's final report.
3.0 Supported the development and implementation of Local Economic Development (LED) from the LVWASTAN Phase 1 and 2 investment (water, sanitation, and solid waste) to support community livelihood.
4.0 Organized and facilitated multi-stakeholder forums to review the program every quarter, and report for contract compliance.
5.0 Supported the team working with other development partners, provided support to the water sector development program phases 1 to 2, through full participation in the program's supervision and monitoring missions, and developed an aide-moire for sharing with development partners.
Head of the Water Network for the Mwanza Urban Water and Sewerage Authority. Successfully:
1.0 Managed the operations and maintenance of water supply networks in the city, developed new extensions of service projects in the city, and supported small towns around Mwanza in project formulation, design, contractor procurement, and supervision of the implementations.

3.0 Managed stakeholders on the development and implementation of WASH facilities for the community and health facilities, focused on enhancing healthier communities in the city.
