• Answering live calls from customers and attend to their different queries

• Suggest to management on various best ways to improve upon calls handling towards best customer service.
• Studying banking and currency business operation, reviewing industrial trends, and recommending business solutions
• Assisting in the upgrading of operational and procedure manuals in the currency and banking functions
• Report on the processing and operations of the currency machines on daily basis.
• Coordinating and preparing annual departmental work programs, budgets and reports in cooperation with other members of the department.
• Manage and Administrate all Security Systems and Operators of the Bank of Tanzania at the head office and the Branches.
• Ensuring reports and/or activities performed by the Team Leaders are being adhered to as well as managing general Administration of the Security of the Banks Assets and Staff.
• Train, and guide the control room operators and team leaders to execute their duties, Provide support, and report and resolve problems and customercomplaints.
• Monitor Branches overall security performance and analyze reports
• Working hand in hand with the Bank Security Manager to accomplish human resources objectives from recruitment, selecting, training and hiring.
• Escalate and follow up on system issues (internal & external) for quick resolution.
• Performing any other relevant duties assigned by superiors from time to time
• Manage Office daily Business Operations in Marketing Department of the Company.
• Organizing seminars for the product awareness to the market
• Manage the customer Service Department
• Reaching out to customers by visiting and making live calls to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Ensuring reports and all marketing activities are performed
• Provide support, follow up, report and resolve customer problems
• Working hand in hand with the Marketing Manager and the company Directors to accomplish company Objectives from the sells, supply and after service maintenance.
