• Preparing of Various Statement of Valuations for interim payment certificates. for example projects such as For Proposed Construction of Storage Water tank to be built at Muhimbili in Dar es salaam, Proposed Construction Of Warehouse Facility to be built at Mikocheni, Kinondoni Municipality and Proposed Rehabilitation of Kipawa Godown to be built in Dar es salaam.
• Preparing of Bills of Quantities. For example projects such as; Proposed construction of Government city offices to be built at Dodoma, Proposed construction of Temeke Kota to be built at Dar es salaam, Proposed Construction of TANESCO Office Block to be built at Kilimanjaro region, Proposed Construction of JNICC Building to be Built in Dar es Salaam Region, Proposed Construction of Hazina Office Building to be built at Magogo in Geita Region, Proposed Construction of RUWASA Office Building to built at Njedengwa, Dodoma and Proposed Rehabilitation and upgrading of sports stadium such as CCM Kirumba in Mwanza and Sokoine in Mbeya.
• Preparation of Tender Document of projects to be tendered to contractor for various projects like; Proposed construction of primary courts and secondary courts to be built at different regions such as Same, Singida and Lindi and Proposed Construction Of Warehouse Facility to be built at Mikocheni, Kinondoni Municipality
• Participating in the key site meetings with diverse stakeholders ensuring construction projects were constructed in the appropriate technical specifications as agreed upon the scope of works in the contract.
• Conducting field inspections and site assessments of various projects that are supervised by TBA like; Proposed construction of new residence for retired president; H.E DR JAKAYA KIKWETE and Proposed construction

of new residence for retired president; ALI HASSAN MWINYI.

• Preparation of periodic cost reports (variation orders and final account) for various project like; Proposed Construction of Aquaculture Centre to be built at Kunduchi, Dar es salaam, Proposed Construction of NBAA House, Proposed construction of storage water tank to be built at Muhimbili in Dar es salaam and Proposed Rehabilitation of Kipawa Godown to be built in Dar es salaam.
• Preparation of schedule of material for various projects like; proposed construction of Government city offices to be built at Dodoma and Proposed Construction Of Warehouse Facility to be built at Mikocheni, Kinondoni Municipality
• Preparation of condition survey report, cost estimate and cashflow projections for various project like Proposed rehabilitation of Hazina office and conference hall and Proposed Construction of TANESCO Office Block to be built at Kilimanjaro region

• Conducting project feasibility studies of various future projects
• Arranging meetings with clients to discuss and establish scope of work
• Preparing budget and estimates for timely delivery of client projects
• Evaluating suppliers based on price, quality and speed of delivery.
• Ensuring that client projects are delivered in time and within budget
• Visiting job sites to supervise and monitor work done by project staff
• Purchasing various materials used in construction
