1. Receiving TOT and coordinating/co-facilitate trainings on economic strengthening aspects such as Worth Yetu Savings model, Money Management, Market and Enterprise Development to partner technical staff.
2. Coordinate entrepreneurship, business development and marketing skills training to artisans, savings groups (VICOBA) agents and Youth Groups
3. Coordinate interventions that link various market actors and aim at facilitating access of producers and artisans to credit with micro-financial institutions (e.g. SACCOS, VICOBA and Banks) and promote market development/value chain approaches.
4. Provide guidance and technical oversight to sub grantees ensuring skills trainings are conducted in accordance with international and Tanzanian standards as well as best practices.
